Almost all of these portraits were taken outside the context of a longer project. They are of family members, friends, acquaintances, strangers and even a few animals. None of these were taken in a studio, nor was there artiificial lighting, as I prefer natural portraits in an environmental context. I have included a few images that also appear in the other sections, in all cases because they are among my favorites.
